I have 30 years of experience creating, purchasing, and budgeting foods for retreats with the Host. I am willing to travel and work to create simple to lavish foods/menus/recipes.

I am an 80-10-10 Coach and chef. I work with Dr. Douglas Graham for Fasting and Fitness Retreats abroad. We go from Fasting to Feasting. 




As the Angel of Vitality, my aim is to enhance the vitality of my clients worldwide through the provision of Vitality Packages: VP1, VP2, VP3. These packages are designed to elevate the level of vitality to a premium in every individual's life. I know that food, fun, and fitness play pivotal roles in achieving the vibrant and meaningful lifestyle all desire.
